Q: How do I redeem a deal?

A: All active deals within the expiration window have a Redeem button on screen. Tap the Redeem button and a 2nd time to confirm in the presence of your clerk or server at checkout to claim the stated offer off your bill. 

Q: What is the occasions calendar? 

A: The Occasions calendar displays all occasions you intend to celebrate over the next year. This could include holidays, friends’ birthdays or even ad hoc occasions for recognizing someone special with a thank you note or congratulations eCard. 

Q: How do I manually add an occasion to my calendar? 

A: Tap the Add link from the top of the Occasions page and follow the prompts to add an occasion to your calendar. We are always upgrading the app with new eCard templates and gift giving ideas.

Q: What are memberships? 

A: Some local merchants offer memberships for sale in the VIP tab (if available). These memberships are bundles of supercharged value you can purchase to access special benefits not available to the general public.

Q: How do I automatically import contacts and their birthdays into my occasions calendar?

A: Tap the Synch button from Occasions screen and follow the prompts to import existing contacts containing birthdays from your phone. This feature will also identify duplicates and synch contacts with the app.
